Opened in 2019, Hoiana Shores Golf Club has quickly established itself as a must-play destination in Asia. The course is set on a coastal property comprised entirely of pure sand, featuring rolling dunes and native vegetation. The design emphasizes natural contours, with “ribbon” tees that seamlessly blend into the fairways and expansive greens that flow into the surrounding dunes. Strategically placed bunkers and undulating greens challenge golfers to think creatively and adapt to varying wind conditions, especially on the back nine, where holes 16 and 17 run parallel to the sea. The use of Zeon Zoysia grass for fairways and TifEagle Bermuda for greens ensures a firm and fast playing surface, enhancing the true links experience.
