What Is Emerald Country Club Like to Play?
The course occupies Ong Con Island on the Dong Nai River, so the land is flat and the wind off the water is part of the round. Lakes and a large number of bunkers do the defending, and from the back tees it is one of the longer layouts around the city.
The front nine is called Sun and the back nine Moon. The long par-4 9th and the dogleg par-5 18th are the holes most golfers talk about afterwards. Many golfers still know the club by its former name, Jeongsan.
How Do You Get to Emerald Country Club?
By road the course is about 80 minutes southeast of District 1 through Nhon Trach. We arrange a private car with the tee time.
GoGolfVietnam, a local golf tour operator in Vietnam, books the tee time and a private transfer together, so the drive is already planned into the day.
