The course is set on a coastal property comprised entirely of pure sand, featuring rolling dunes and native vegetation. The design emphasizes natural contours, with “ribbon” tees that seamlessly blend into the fairways and expansive greens that flow into the surrounding dunes. Strategically placed bunkers and undulating greens challenge golfers to think creatively and adapt to varying wind conditions, especially on the back nine, where holes 16 and 17 run parallel to the sea.
