Overview
Itinerary
Your driver takes you 37 km north to the Cau Da pier, about 45 minutes, and the speedboat crosses to Hon Tre in around ten. Check in to your villa. Halal Viet Flavor, Vinpearl’s halal restaurant, is on the same island and opens for dinner at 17:30.
No boat and no drive today: Vinpearl Golf Nha Trang is a short buggy ride from the villas. IMG laid out this par 71 of 6,787 yards on paspalum, squeezed between the hills of Hon Tre and the bay. Tee off early and you are back in the villa well before Dhuhr.
Boat back to the mainland, then 18 minutes (11 km) south to Diamond Bay Golf & Villas. Andy Dye’s par 72 runs 7,244 yards along the water, and the 12th, the smiling hole, is the one guests photograph. Back to the island in the afternoon, or stop in the city for dinner first.
Check out, cross by boat and drive about 49 minutes (42 km) south to KN Golf Links Cam Ranh. Greg Norman’s The Links plays 7,165 yards beside Bai Dai beach and was named Best New Golf Course in Asia Pacific the year it opened, 2018. The airport is about 20 minutes from the clubhouse.

Food: one halal restaurant inside the resort system
Vinpearl lists Halal Viet Flavor at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang on Hon Tre: 360 seats, Vietnamese dishes and Middle Eastern grills, open 10:30 to 14:30 and 17:30 to 21:30, with dishes “prepared to strict Halal standards”. Vinpearl names no certifying body, so we describe it as halal-friendly, not certified. On the mainland, a cluster of Turkish, Central Asian and Indian restaurants that advertise halal food sits on and around Nguyen Thien Thuat street, 12 minutes from the pier. Ask to see their certificates; we do.
Prayer and Friday
Nha Trang has no mosque. The nearest Cham Muslim mosques are more than 100 km to the south, and Cam Ranh airport lists no prayer room. You pray in your villa, and we ask the resort in writing for qibla direction and a prayer mat. Because there is no Jumu’ah here, most guests travel Saturday to Tuesday. None of the three courses has a prayer room, and the clubhouses are not halal-certified.
Ramadan 2027
Ramadan is expected from around 8 February to 9 March 2027, inside Nha Trang’s dry season. None of the three courses in this package offers night golf. ANARA Binh Tien, south of the city, is floodlit on all 18 holes, so one round can move there for an evening tee time after iftar on request.
Flights and visas
AirAsia flies Kuala Lumpur to Cam Ranh non-stop in about 2 hours 20 minutes, around four days a week on the late-2026 schedule, so check your flight day before fixing dates. There is no direct flight from Singapore or Jakarta; connect through Ho Chi Minh City. Malaysian, Singaporean and Indonesian passports enter Vietnam visa-free for 30 days.
